January Movement Challenge | January 2 – January 31

US- and Canada-based team members and spouses: Start off your new year with movement by jumping over to MoveSpring to create or join a team of 20-50 people, and elevate your step count during the challenge by skiing or snowboarding, if you prefer, but also by walking, ice skating, stretching, weight-lifting and more! You could earn up to 700 BONUS Vitality Points! Enroll in MoveSpring to join in on the fun, if you haven’t already!

The challenge runs from January 2 – January 31, and you MUST sync your linked fitness device (and/or manually convert/enter your activities) at least once every seven days during the challenge to earn up to 700 BONUS Vitality Points:

  • 5,000-9,999 daily average steps (including converted/entered activities) = 250 Vitality Points
  • 10,000-14,999 daily average steps (including converted/entered activities) = 350 Vitality Points
  • 15,000-30,000 daily average steps (including converted/entered activities) = 500 Vitality Points
  • PLUS, if you move for at least 30 minutes/day (including converted/entered activities) for 10 or more days in a row at any point during the challenge, you will earn an additional 200 BONUS Vitality Points!

The team with the highest daily average steps (including converted/entered activities) wins a celebration of the team’s choice! ($10/active registered participant)
