To support our Vision of Wellbeing and to fulfill our goal of Living Well, Thriving Together, BW Wellbeing connects team members and spouses (if applicable) with various benefits partners, like Vitality, to energize your journey to becoming your best you.
In the spirit of continuous improvement, Vitality has been listening to customers and working on several program enhancements and website/app design changes.
The updates launched October 1 to coincide with the beginning of our BW Wellbeing year. To help team members and spouses better balance physical activity with other aspects of wellbeing, you will be able to earn points for MORE preventive screenings, vaccinations and goals, while also earning points for physical activity! Plus, the refreshed Vitality website and NEW pink Power of Vitality app mirror each other and recommend activities specifically for you.
Please note: The impact, effort and frequency of various activities have been taken into consideration, which means some activities will no longer count for points, and some will earn fewer points than before—please see the U.S. and Canada Frequently Asked Questions documents linked below for details. For example, activities like athletic events/sports leagues and meditation apps typically come with a cost, which has kept some people from participating.
But, don’t worry—many aspects of Vitality aren’t changing at all! The points earned for light, standard and advanced workouts remain the same, as do the point thresholds to reach bronze, silver, GOLD and platinum status. Team members and spouses can continue to earn a gym rebate of up to $400 after logging 125 standard or advanced workouts in a year. We still will host our Workout Points Challenges, and the challenge platform now includes a team chat function. And, as always, the more you engage with Vitality, the more rewards you will earn!

- Session 1 (US only), October 9 at 9am Central
- Session 2 (US only), October 14 at 3pm Central
- Session 3 (Canada only), October 20 at 11:30am Central
To add to your calendar complete the short form > click Register > click Add to Calendar > select calendar type > view your browser’s recent download history > select and open the meeting invitation > click Accept. You will earn 100 Vitality Points by attending!
