Barry-Wehmiller team members and spouses: We’re excited for you to participate in our first-ever VITALITY ACTIVITY CHALLENGE. Register for the Wellbeing Program Year Kick Off Challenge starting October 1 to earn 350 BONUS Vitality Points when you complete your (1) Vitality Health Review (VHR) AND (2) a Vitality Check (biometric screening) by December 11.
Steps to complete your Vitality Health Review (VHR):
Login to your Vitality account and navigate to Health Profile > Vitality Health Review > Click Complete the Vitality Health Review > Click Start Now
Steps to complete your Vitality Check (biometric screening):
US:
- Login to your Vitality account and navigate to Health Profile > Vitality Check > Click Schedule your Vitality Check with Quest
- Schedule your appointment at a Patient Service Center or an onsite event
If you prefer to complete a screening at your doctor’s office, instructions can be found at bwwellbeing.com by clicking Engage in Vitality > Vitality Path to Gold and Beyond.
Results of screenings completed through Quest will be automatically sent to Vitality. For those who complete screenings at your doctor’s office, you must upload your completed Vitality Check and Cotinine Screening forms to Vitality so completion of your screening can be recorded.
Canada:

Before your screening, you must fast for 8-12 hours and drink lots of water!
This is an individual challenge and your leaderboard will reflect the number of activities (0, 1 or 2) that you have completed. Once you see that you’ve completed 2/2 of the required activities listed above, then you have satisfied all challenge requirements and will be awarded 350 BONUS Vitality Points by December 20!
The 350 BONUS Vitality Points are in addition to the point values that will be awarded for completing the activities, including Vitality’s 250-point bonus for completing your VHR within the first 3 months of the program year.
